At The Scent Library, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fragrance purchase. If your selection isn't quite right, we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unopened packaging.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare Your Package
Carefully pack the items in their original box with all protective padding and include the printed return slip to ensure your refund is processed correctly.
Ship It Back
Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 days of starting your return.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned fragrance, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
